Project Overview

This project is the vehicle access control upgrade for the main vehicle entrance of a building materials trading market. The clear width of the passage is 4.5 meters. The DZE4 barrier gate is deployed with a 4.5m two fence arm and non-spring machine core.
Various types of vehicles pass through this market, including passenger cars and light trucks. The traffic flow is heavy during daytime with frequent gate lifting and dropping. The entrance is fully exposed outdoors. The equipment needs to withstand sunlight, dust and temperature fluctuations, which puts high requirements on continuous operation and wear resistance. The project aims to reliably manage inbound and outbound vehicles and reduce on-site maintenance frequency.

Implementation Notes

1. Foundation construction: Reinforced concrete base is poured on site to keep the cabinet horizontally installed and suppress vibration caused by frequent arm movements.
2. Arm assembly: The 4.5m two fence arm is assembled in sections on site, with all fasteners tightened. Horizontal closing limit and vertical opening limit of the arm are preset before delivery.
3. System joint commissioning: Linked with license plate recognition terminal to adjust opening and closing logic. The non-spring machine core achieves torque balance by motor torque. No spring tension adjustment on site is required, avoiding spring fatigue failure after long-term operation.
4. Safety configuration: Interface for ground loop detector is reserved. When vehicles stay under the arm, anti-crush protection will be activated automatically.
