Motor Drive System: Features a DC variable frequency control motor paired with a robust connecting rod transmission mechanism and a balancing spring system. This design ensures exceptionally stable, smooth, and reliable operation. Key components are engineered for longevity, with the motor rated for up to 6 million cycles and the balance spring for 500,000 cycles.
Advanced Safety - Obstacle Detection: Incorporates an intelligent auto-reversing function upon obstacle contact. If the boom encounters any obstruction during its downward closing motion, it will immediately and automatically reverse direction to prevent damage and enhance safety.
Integrated Safety & Power: Designed to seamlessly support external safety accessories, including radar detectors, loop detectors, and infrared photoelectric beams for comprehensive anti-crashing protection. For added convenience, it features a built-in DC 12V power output, which can be used to directly power external devices like radar sensors, simplifying installation.
Communication & Connectivity: Offers flexible communication options. It supports standard RS485 communication for integration into centralized control systems. Additionally, it allows for RS485 off-line connection, enabling the linking of multiple barriers for synchronized operation without a central controller.
Smart Configuration via Bluetooth: An optional Bluetooth module is available for wireless setup and diagnostics. This allows for easy and convenient connection to a smartphone or tablet, enabling users to configure parameters and debug the barrier through a dedicated mini-program or app.
User-Friendly Interface: Equipped with a large, clear LCD screen that displays an intuitive English visual menu. This interface simplifies the process of function selection, parameter adjustment, and on-site debugging, making it accessible for operators.
Barrier Gate Controller Interface Explanations
Wire Control Interface:
This interface is available for parking system, also available for external controller to control barrier gate.
UP: Short circuit “UP” and “GND”
Down: Short circuit “Down” and “GND”
Stop: Short circuit “Stop” and “GND”
Anti-smashing Interface:
Infrared Photocell: boom will lift up when short circuiting “Infrared photocell interface” and “GND” during boom down.
Loop Detector: boom will lift up when short circuiting “loop detector interface” and “GND” during boom down; in up limit position, boom will fall down automatically after these two interfaces disconnected.
RS485 Communication Interface :
It is used for controlling the barrier gate or checking the status of the barrier gate by computer or system; also used for online controlling the paired barrier gates synchronously.
