Flap Barrier GateTroubleshooting and Solutions:
A. Partial or the whole system is no power when power-on
Check the plug and wire to make sure no connection problem. Check the fuse of the control board to make sure no damage.
B. No flap opens and no reaction after input of the open signal
Check the indicator of the control board and make sure it can receive the open signal. Make sure the open signal wire be connected and no damage to the fuse.
C. One flap can open but the other can’t.
Check the connection of the online wire, and make sure connected correctly. And make sure the control board of the non-functional one can receive the signal. If it can receive the signal, check the connection again.
D. The flap can open but can’t close after the input of the open signal.
This condition results from the anti-clamping infrared sensors. Make sure the infrared photocells of two cabinets are in the same line before installing the cabinets, and only with aligned sensors the flap can work well. If infrared sensors are not aligned, the machine will alarm when power is on.
