Common Malfunctions and Solutions
Malfunction: The controller displays IDLE
Possible Cause A: The motor sensor plug is not plugged in.
Solution: Insert the motor sensor plug well.
Possible Cause B: Motor sensor failure.
Solution: Replace the motor.
Malfunction: The controller resets when the barrier gate is running
Possible Cause A: Short circuit inside the motor.
Solution: Measure the resistance of each two wires (white, yellow and red) of the motor phase line by a multimeter, to check if the resistance numbers are the same.
Possible Cause B: Barrier gate controller failure.
Solution: Replace the controller.
