Springless Mechanism for Reduced Mechanical Adjustment
E40Pro adopts the WEJOIN DZE4 non-spring mechanism, replacing the conventional spring-balancing structure.
The springless design eliminates the need for regular spring tension adjustment and reduces maintenance related to traditional spring mechanisms.
The mechanism is also designed as a modular assembly, making key components easier to inspect and replace when maintenance is required.
Adjustable Barrier Speed from 1.8 to 6 Seconds
The E40Pro supports an adjustable operating speed of 1.8 - 6 seconds, allowing the barrier gate to be configured according to different traffic conditions and project requirements.
Instead of using one fixed operating speed for every application, installers can select a suitable speed based on factors such as:
Lane width
Traffic volume
Boom configuration
Vehicle access frequency
Site safety requirements
This makes E40Pro suitable for both general parking entrances and higher-frequency vehicle access points.
Multiple Boom Configurations
E40Pro supports several boom configurations to accommodate different lane layouts:
Up to 6 m straight boom
4.5 m two-section boom
4 m three-section boom
90° folding boom
Different boom structures can be selected according to available installation space and lane configuration.
This flexibility is particularly useful for parking facilities and entrances where conventional straight-boom installation may be restricted by ceiling height or surrounding structures.
Three-Fence Boom Installation
Step 1. Fix the boom fixing plate on the boom with 2pcs of M12*70mm hexagon screw.
Step 2. Hold the fixing plate by hand, then lift up the boom vertically and install it on the boom holder. And then install the flat washer, spring washer, and M12 nut on the screw in turn, and fix the screw with a wrench.
Step 3. Fix the U-connecting unit to the cone axis on the barrier with the screw.
Step 4. Fix the bottom fence to the U-connecting unit, then release the 2pcs screw of the unit and adjust them to make the fence be perpendicular to the ground.
